Modelo : T42
The T42 is a Wave 3 release using the Hong Kong casting, dated 1970. The differences between the CIPSA version and the Hong Kong version are the paint colors,
the white interior and the omission of the flat black detail paint on the radiators. The original top is believed to be black in spite of the white interior.
Unlike domestic produced T42's, the underside of the running boards are unpainted.
- Mustard Yellow enamel
- Metallic Green
- Metallic Red
- Metallic Blue
- Large capped wheels, front and rear
The T42 is a fairly common casting among CIPSA's. It is often missing the top and alot of them have the bumper tips broken off. Due to the sloppy spins, it is not
uncommon for one or both of the motors to have fallen out.
T42 in Four Colors
All four colors of the T42, note the absence of flat black detail paint on the radiators.
Bases of the CIPSA T42(L) vs. The Hong Kong T42 (R)
Note the sloppiness of the rivet spins which results in the motors falling out.
