Whip Creamer II

The Whip Creamer II was released in 2003 as First Edition #14.
It has been re-issued in Action packs and other lines including the Treasure Hunt series.

Like its precursor, the Whip Creamer II features a vertically mounted turbine behind the cockpit.
The cockpit cover opens exposing a path for air to spin the turbine if you blow on it.
