Discussion:
The Cement Mixer was one of the four castings to initiate "The Heavyweights" Series in 1970, issued on the "The HeavyWeights" card.

These two Cement Mixers have different colored snap on cement mixer units. The barrel has a clear plastic sticker that was applied at the factory.
