Designed by Ira Gilford, the Fire Engine was one of the four castings to initiate "The Heavyweights" Series in 1970, issued on the "The HeavyWeights" card.

The Heavyweights card was larger than the standard card and came with a button.

The right side of the Fire Engine shows the factory applied sticker. This cab is painted in spectraflame red.
