Comments:
The 1971 Hot Wheels AMX 2 is based on  a rear engine concept car developed by American Motors in 1970, the AMX/2.

Although the its snazziest car ever designed by AMC, the real car was never produced for the open market.

The plastic louvers over the rear mounted engine open for viewing.
