The 1973 Ice T utilizes the same casting as the 1971 Ice T.

The ice cubes, inside the back are omitted and the top has no black ink on the embossed letters. No other changes to the casting are noted.
Ice T (1971) vs. Ice T (1973)
The base was modified to accommodate the changed to "through hole" style wheels, adding crush protectors in the rear and anti-rub "nibs" to the front and rear.
